Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered for accidental duplicate charges.
  • Refunds may be considered for service outages exceeding our SLA.
  • We do not refund fees due to misuse or violations of the Terms.

How to Request a Refund

Email your request to support@nanobnana.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, transaction ID, and a brief description.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider.
